d. Please ensure the Nudies Pump is securely packaged for return to prevent any further damage during transit. e. Once we receive and assess the product, we will proceed with either repairing or replacing the Nudies Pump, as appropriate.

5. Return Shipping Costs: If a warranty claim is approved, we will cover the return shipping costs for the repaired or replaced product. However, any shipping fees associated with returning the product to us for assessment will be the responsibility of the customer.

6. Non-Warranty Repairs: If the Nudies Pump requires repairs outside the warranty period or the damage is not covered by the warranty, we will offer repair services at a reasonable cost. In such cases, we will provide an estimate of the repair cost before proceeding.
